Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges can only be made on new, unworn, unwashed blank apparel and products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@20mileapparel.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 425 Town Plaza Ave, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081 unless other arrangements are made.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if your order is incorrect (e.g. quantity, color, style, design, etc.) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

All sales are final on custom and/or personalized products. Please check sizing info on each product to ensure correct sizing when ordering.

Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
