Shipping Policy

We will ship to the address provided to us designated as the "Shipping Address," and shipments will be made through major couriers, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc., with tracking.  Once your item(s) is shipped, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the parcel to you.  If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact the courier directly.  We are not responsible for loss incurred by acts of God or theft.

Blank and in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. During holiday and peak times, TAT may be extended and customers will be notified by email and by updates posted on our website and social media pages. Every effort will always be made to achieve a timely shipment. You will receive an email shipment confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped.

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for most custom items. For larger orders, please add 3-4 more business days. For team orders, there is a minimum 2 week TAT. You will be given an estimated delivery date after artwork/design is approved and apparel or product options have been confirmed.

At times we will offer PRE-ORDER options that are not yet in stock and/or will be made to order. These items can take 7-14 business days or more to complete. An estimated TAT will be listed on the PRE-ORDER product page to give the customer a general idea of delivery. After the PRE-ORDER closes, an estimated delivery date will be provided and updated accordingly.

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the country, the postal package may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
